REFUNDS
Technical Classes: Cancellations may be made anytime before the class or classes may be rescheduled at any time without penalty.
Application Classes: The student may cancel or reschedule the class more than 3 business days prior to the class with no penalty. Cancellations within the 3 days will be assessed a 50% penalty. Failure to show for the class on the day of the class will result in a full loss of the payment of the class.
Dedicated Group Classes: Classes may be cancelled up to 14 business days prior to the class with no penalty. Cancellations within the 14 days will be assessed a 50% penalty.
WebTech Institute Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time due to operational needs. Should a class be cancelled or rescheduled, the student may ask for and be granted a full refund for the price of the class. If the minimum class requirement is not met, WebTech Institute Training may cancel a class (full refunds will be reimbursed to paid students). WebTech Institute Training reserves the right to remove a student from any course or courses at any time for any reason.
All classes may be retaken without charge for one time after initial class, providing the student brings back the course materials, and the same version of the course is still being taught.
There are no entrance requirements for training with WebTech Institute Training, except for age. Any student under the age of 18 must have a guardian/parent that is traveling and staying with them to attend our programs.
INCLIMATE WEATHER POLICY
As a general policy, we run classes on all but the most severe weather days. To inquire if your class has been cancelled or delayed due to inclement weather, please call (770) 997-2840.
